YOUR ROLE:

We is currently looking for a Customer Care agent ( f/m/d) fluent to join our Customer Care Team. In this role, you will be responsible for customer-related communication both via email and telephone. The role is planned full-time 40h per week starting as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Handle inbound customer queries via mail and phone (no acquisition)
● Find both practical and creative solutions to customer questions
● Assist customers throughout their journey and establish a relationship
● Coordinate inquiries together with other departments such as Logistics
● Update and maintain our CRM database
● Communicate with dealers across the globe

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

YOUR ROLE:

We Customer Care Team is currently looking for a new member! We are offering a full time Customer Care Representative - After Sales (English speaking) position. In this role, you will be responsible to manage customer satisfaction and handle inbound calls as well as emails specifically relating to order and delivery updates, and provide the appropriate assistance to our customers if things do not go as anticipated.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Solve customer inquiries/issues & think quickly on your feet
● Work hand in hand with other departments such as logistics and sales

YOUR ROLE:

We is currently looking for an energetic and highly motivated full-time Sales Intern to join our international team at our beautiful office in the heart of Berlin. As a Sales Intern at Pamono, you will be primarily acquiring and consulting potential clients such as interior designers and architects, negotiating deals, and controlling the entire value chain.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Smart and driven Bachelor or Master student.
● Availability 3-6 months (mandatory internship if >3 months)
● Previous sales experience and a passion for startups is advantageous
● “Getting things done” attitude; high level of motivation and initiative
● Eager to learn and open for challenges
